Miguel “AlCapone” Abreu, born in Braga, Portugal on July 5, 1975, became the national formula champion in 2021 and two-time champion in 2022, racing by the AdF-ACR Team.
Entrepreneur and researcher, he takes up racing as a hobby, associating his RTD work in simulators with his passion for the sport.
With projects linked to F1, Formula E, and formula 2, he now awaits an opportunity to internationalize his sporting career in Formulas or endurance racing that he would like to try.
In 2 years, he has done 12 races, has 10 wins, a second place, and a DNF due to a mechanical problem.
The pilot's name "AlCApone" is a tribute to his father, who never saw him compete but "gave" the name with the certainty that it would bring many successes.
Formula Renault 2.0 are formula racing cars. The 2 liter aspirated engine has 210 hp of power, and the carbon monocoque is built by "Tatuus". With 450kg, it is a very compact and agile car and is currently the car that makes the best times on the circuits in the tests in Portugal>
